Job Description
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers via meetings/ personal visits, telephone
  • Candidate should provide professional and effective services to meet customer expectations
  • Client retention and client servicing and reviving lost inactive or lost accounts
  • Taking customer feedback and analyzing them for future improvements
  • Managing the day to day interaction with the clients
  • Tracking, Monitoring and Supervision of projects
  • Monitor affiliate email activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues.
  • Lead a team of Client Servicing Executives
  • Able to work under high pressure
  • Ensure strict adherence of internal procedures & Process
  • Project Planning along with the operations team
  • Experienced in large scale activations and retail projects
  • Ensure project deliveries as per client requirement
  • Direct interactions with clients for their project needs
