Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level assistance to our customers. You will be responsible to diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems and help our customers install applications and programs.

Responsibility

  • Provide client support on technical issue via email / telephone or other support systems
  • Help Clients to set-up the systems or resolve issues
  • Troubleshooting of the system and network issues
  • Logging of client queries
  • Analyse call logs to spot trends and underlying issues
  • Resolve issues within the SLA defined
  • Maintaining and monitoring the application

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Being prompt while resolving issues
  • Detail oriented
  • Proficient in internet and related applications such as Email clients, FTP clients & Web browsers
  • Good working knowledge of Linux
  • Good communication
  • Open to rotational shifts
